To make a quick Golden Milk, heat 1 cup of your milk of choice (cow’s, coconut, almond, soy, etc.). Whisk in 1-2 teaspoons of Golden Milk blend, 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and 1 teaspoon of honey or other sweetener to taste.

You can also make a batch of Golden Milk paste that keeps nicely in the fridge. Whenever you want a cup you can whisk a spoonful of it into hot milk.
